I need food: A cookbook

I often do not have a lot of energy to cook.

I do not want to spend two hours on an intricate ritual to produce The Perfect XYZ. I would rather have A Decent XYZ that takes me no more than half an hour to throw together.

I am a single person. Buying, keeping, and cooking enough food for a family of four, or even for two adults, doesn’t make sense for me.
